Josh Carman
Head Coach/General Manager

Josh Carman is a lifelong resident of Middle Tennessee and has been involved with baseball for 35 years, both playing and coaching. Josh spent 15 years coaching high school baseball in Tennessee. As a coach, Josh has been to the state tournament 3 times and coached numerous players who have gone on to play college baseball and beyond. Currently Josh serves as an assistant coach at Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville, TN.

Josh currently serves as the Director of Full Count Baseball. He was introduced to Full Count in 2012 when he coached at Pope John Paul ll High School and the ministry first began. A couple of years later Josh went on his first mission trip with Full Count and that's when God changed his life forever. Josh has served with Full Count Ministries as a volunteer, Dgroup leader, board member, and now full-time as the baseball director. He is married to his wife Brooke and the couple have four children Kylee, Kennedy, LiWei, and Tai.

 
 

Jordan Doole - Pitching Coach

Jordan is really excited to join Full Count Rhythm this summer as the Pitching coach. He currently works for Texas A&M baseball on Analytics, Video, and Special Projects. The team has recently risen to the #1 ranking in the country and looks forward to a deep postseason run. 

 This position follows working at Tread Athletics, the Texas Baseball Ranch, and a very successful two year stint as the Pitching Coach at Patrick Henry High in San Diego. The Patriots won consecutive league titles, played in the section championship, and advanced to the State Semifinals in his second season there. The program is among the best in California. 

 In 2022 he founded Workhorse Baseball, a growing baseball business that offers online coaching, private training, recruitment advising, and prospect videos. He has also mentored a number of players who have gone on to play collegiately and professionally.  

 He is a graduate of UC San Diego, currently working on a Masters in Sports Management at Texas A&M. Born and raised in San Diego.

 

Jimmy Gamboa - Assistant Coach

Jimmy is extremely excited to join Full Count Rhythm’s coaching staff this summer. He is currently a Graduate Assistant for Milligan University’s Baseball team and works with the pitching staff. The Milligan Buffaloes have received votes in rankings and are looking to make a push in the playoffs.

 Gamboa played college baseball for the University of Nevada Las Vegas and Milligan University from 2020-2023. After his playing career, he has worked at the Texas Baseball Ranch, Milligan University, and given pitching lessons in baseball facilities in Las Vegas, NV.

 He is a graduate of University of Nevada Las Vegas with a degree in Business Administration: Economics and recently graduated with his Master’s in Coaching and Sports Management at Milligan University. Born in Whittier, CA and raised in Las Vegas, NV.
